Privacy Policy

YesRate is a product of Relay Systems.

What we access

With your permission, YesRate gets read-only access to the Gmail account you connect, and reads the last 90 days of email once. We use it only to find wedding inquiries and build your Wedding Lead Audit. To filter out newsletters and receipts we first look only at message details such as sender, subject and date; we read the full text only of conversations that look like possible inquiries.

What we keep

• Your account email and business name.
• Your audit report: counts, dates, stages, outcomes, suggested follow-up drafts, and short quotes (up to a sentence or two) that support them.
• For conversations that look like inquiries only: the subject line, the sender’s email address, and message timestamps and directions (who wrote each message and when).
• Your answers to in-app questions and feedback, and basic product usage events (for example “report viewed”), which never contain email content.

We never store the full text of your emails. It is read in memory during your audit and discarded. Emails that are not inquiries are only counted; we keep nothing else about them.

What we never do

• Send, delete, or change any email, or contact your clients.
• Sell your data, or use it for advertising.
• Use your Gmail data to train general-purpose AI models.

AI processing

To understand your conversations, we send relevant email text to an AI provider (Anthropic) under terms that do not allow it to train models on that data. It is processed only to produce your report.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run YesRate. Each processes data only to provide its service to us:

• Google: Gmail access you grant, and sign-in to Google.
• Supabase (United States): our database and account login.
• Vercel (United States): hosting for the website and app.
• Inngest: runs your audit in the background. It receives only internal reference numbers, never email content or addresses.
• Anthropic: the AI that reads possible inquiries, as described above.
• Resend: delivers our sign-in and beta invite emails to your email address.
• Sentry: tells us when something breaks on our servers. Error reports contain technical details only; we remove email addresses, sign-in links, cookies and IP addresses before they are sent, and never send email content.

How long we keep data

Your account, reports and feedback are kept until you delete your account. If you joined the waitlist, we keep that information until you sign up or ask us to remove it. Security logs kept by our providers are deleted on their standard schedules.

Google user data

YesRate’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Disconnecting and deleting

Gmail access is revoked automatically as soon as your inbox has been read, and we delete our copy of the access key. You can also remove access anytime from your Google Account’s security settings.

You can delete your account and all of its data at any time from your dashboard (“Delete my account and data”). This revokes any remaining Gmail access and permanently removes your reports, leads, drafts and feedback.
